Do you do any custom cuts?

Can we customise our steak sizes to grams or select thickness of the cut? Thanks.

    Yes we can customise the cut to your preference.
    You can tell us how many grams per piece or the thickness you prefer (ie. 2cm per slice/ 300g per slice)
    and we can match that for you 🙂
